Reliablevendor provides professional wardrobe consulting services. As a service-based business, we do not sell physical products that can be returned. However, we are committed to your satisfaction with our consulting services.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule without penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your consulting session, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:

Digital Products

Style guides, color palettes, and other digital materials provided as part of our services are final upon delivery. Due to the nature of digital products, these cannot be returned once delivered.

Package Services

For multi-session packages, refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions completed at the individual session rate, with the remaining balance refunded if cancellation occurs before all sessions are completed.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from providing scheduled services, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
